Senior Technical Consultant

The Senior Technical Consultant must possess keen analytics and business consulting skills and will be responsible for assisting clients in defining solutions for online marketing initiatives. In addition, he/she will manage the overall relationship with clients and mentor a team of Analysts. This person will take an active role by creating best practices and methodologies, driving business development efforts and acting as a thought leader within the organization and in the industry.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct analysis and develop reporting frameworks that provide insight into the performance of clients' online marketing programs and develop recommendations for optimization.
• Implement, configure, and customize various web analytics tools to meet client business reporting needs.
• Lead multiple projects, manage daily client integration and identify opportunities for additional business opportunities.
• Lead and mentor a team of Analysts.
• Ensure the highest levels of satisfaction by delivering outstanding service, valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
• Establish best practices, methodologies and serve as a thought leader within the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, business management, mathematics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 4-7 years experience in business consulting, strategic consulting, or leading large-scale web analytics and online marketing initiatives.
• Web analytics, digital marketing, or search marketing experience preferred but not necessary.
• Proven ability to successfully manage clients, projects and teams.
• Experience and/or interest in related fields such as Brand Marketing, Statistics and Database Marketing.
• Passion and enthusiasm for helping clients develop their digital marketing capabilities into a competitive advantage.
• HTML, JavaScript and PHP coding experience strongly preferred.
